Dennis Ahrens

Dennis Ahrens is an experienced consultant to senior business leaders across diverse industries who want to improve their ability to lead organizational change more effectively.  He has worked side-by-side with leaders and their teams as they tackle tough issues and take on big challenges that deliver business outcomes that also create a measurably better world for the future

As a leadership coach, Dennis continuously challenges himself and others to inquire into the alignment between core values and actions as the foundation of transformational leadership.  He has seen time and again how great leaders inspire people by speaking truthfully and honestly with compassion and generosity.

Dennis brings a targeted range of business skills to his practice, including leadership development, strategic planning, problem resolution, large-group facilitation, corporate communications, and organizational learning.

Earlier in his career, Dennis led Global Learning Services for Concur Technologies, and National Technical Training for Catapult/IBM.   Most recently, he was Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Change for a multi-state healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest.
